Induction Health
The numbers that mattered
Induction Health was expanding its three core product offerings and needed specialist product and design talent who understood clinical environments, regulation and user experience within primary care. Speed was critical, but they also required hires capable of building new features and integrating them into a complex, compliance-heavy landscape.

Induction Health faced a complex scaling challenge: expanding three core product offerings simultaneously while navigating the stringent regulatory requirements of primary care.
We built a targeted sourcing strategy focused on clinical interoperability.
We focused on identifying candidates who possessed a deep architectural understanding of NHS workflows, data privacy, and the specific interoperability constraints of software used directly by clinicians. Our strategy moved beyond traditional sourcing to execute a dual-track pipeline of permanent and contract talent, ensuring immediate delivery against Series A product timelines. By partnering closely with the VP of Product to map cross-functional responsibilities across squads, we performed rigorous screening for regulated healthcare use cases. This approach provided a clear benchmark for salary and capability, preventing the overspend typically associated with MSP retainers and securing a high-performance team capable of navigating the complexities of primary care at scale.
Architecting a High-Performance Product and Design Engine.
We successfully deployed a cross-functional leadership core consisting of nine strategic hires, including a Head of Product, a Head of Design, and a specialized squad of Product Managers and UX designers. This hybrid team of permanent and contract talent was engineered to lead the end-to-end discovery, design, and rollout of critical clinical features while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. Beyond filling roles, these hires institutionalized a user-centered design culture and robust product processes within a complex healthcare environment. This foundational team did more than ship features; they provided the structural maturity required for Induction Health to scale its triple-product offering and accelerate its roadmap toward a dominant market position.

Mobilised a multi-disciplinary talent pipeline and delivered a qualified leadership shortlist within 14 days.

Secured an 88% long-term retention rate across permanent product and design leadership roles.

Realised over £100k in operational savings by bypassing traditional MSP models and building a high-velocity internal core.
"The mark of a successful recruitment agent is in the pace of the hiring process and the calibre of candidates provided. Not either/or, but both."
