Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Thyme's services and website. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by the conditions outlined below.
Our referral scheme is available to UK residents aged 18 and over. You do not need to be registered with Thyme to make a referral, but all referrals must be submitted through our website form before the candidate registers with us. Referrals made after registration will not be accepted. Any individual you refer must be a personal contact who has agreed to be recommended and consented to sharing their details with us. You should be prepared to provide evidence of this consent if requested.
Referral fees apply only to candidates placed within six months of the initial introduction. For permanent roles, payment becomes due once the candidate completes their probation period. For freelance placements, the fee is payable after the first booking is completed. You are responsible for declaring referral income for UK Income Tax purposes, unless you are employed by Thyme during the tax year, in which case the amount will be added to your payroll for tax and National Insurance deductions.
To receive payment, you must provide your National Insurance number unless we are paying your Limited Company directly. This scheme is not open to Thyme employees, their families, or anyone professionally involved with the referral programme. Thyme reserves the right to withdraw or amend these terms at any time. Our privacy policy applies to all referral scheme data, and in the event of any dispute, Thyme's decision is final.
